Return & Refunds
Returns
1. If the product gets damaged in transit, request for return or refunds should be submitted online or through email to us within 7 calendar days from the date you received the item.
2. For other reasons, the request for return or refunds can be submitted to us up to 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.
3. The item MUST be in ORIGINAL packing and has NOT had any accessories (if it has any) missed.
Shipping
1.After shipment, if there is no logistics update for your package for over 40 days, you may negotiate a partial refund of the shipping fee, and we will investigate its location. If the package is confirmed as lost, you can choose to receive a full refund or have the item reshipped.
2.We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as the product is defective or broken in transit.
3.If the item is returned for other reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4.Safe and traceable shipping methods should be applied and we will NOT be responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
Replacement & Refunds
1. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt and we will notify you on the status of it. Then a replacement will be sent or refund will be issued.
2. If the product shows signs of use, or accidental damage caused by customer, full refund will NOT be issued.
3. We will initiate the refund in the same manner as your original payment within 1-2 business days after the returned item is received.
